چکیده

• A handeable device containing diamine oxidase and soybean peroxidase was prepared. Enzymes were supported on SiO 2 monoliths prepared using bio-waste derived substances. The can detect biogenic amines in solution with low detection limit. pH dependence stability of enzymatic catalytic activities ascertained. shows a limit comparable to other traditional methods. Biogenic are group important organic bases involved the metabolism living organisms present biological fluids, food or beverages. Their identification quantification represent relevant issues field bio-analytical chemistry. Beyond techniques, methods have been recently exploited, as enzymatic-based systems. Herein, diamine-oxidase (DAO) (SBP) immobilized onto silica spherical (prepared from biowaste-derived substances) realize practical fast system, able quantify solution. mechanism consisted oxidation by DAO formation H O , which turn activated SBP reaction producing an indamine dye. amount amine indirectly determined spectroscopic measurement final product.
